Velox came to us wanting a brand identity that could bridge performance and lifestyle, creating a visual system bold enough to capture attention and refined enough to endure beyond trends.

Context
Velox is a performance-driven sportswear brand built around movement, discipline, and progression. They needed a visual identity that felt powerful without relying on predictable athletic tropes, and a flexible system that could scale across apparel, packaging, and digital experiences.
Strategy
The strategy centered on making speed and forward motion the foundation of the brand, not just a mood layered on top. Rather than lean on the muted, “serious athlete” palette common in performance wear, the identity paired an electric lime with a deep cobalt blue, giving Velox a charge that reads as energetic and current rather than clinical. The three anchor words, Energetic, Bold, Fearless, guided every choice from there. The system needed to feel fast even standing still.
Creative Direction
The visual system leads with the stylized V monogram as a standalone mark, flexible enough to run big and graphic on apparel (a full back-of-hoodie hit) or small and functional on a hangtag or shoebox. Typography pairs a hard-edged, geometric display face for headlines with Myriad Pro for body copy, keeping the system legible and utilitarian where it needs to be while staying aggressive where it counts. Campaign imagery is built almost entirely around motion blur and light trails — figures caught mid-stride, streaks of color implying speed rather than illustrating it directly — paired with short, imperative copy (Live in Motion, Make Your Move, Performance Without Limits) that reads more like a command than a tagline. The effect is a brand that feels kinetic even in a static image, which was the core creative bet for the identity.
